Meet José Antonio Manchado 

José Antonio Manchado is the author of the books “Be Happier Than the Dalai Lama” and “Are You Ill? Congratulations!”, where he offers a deeply loving perspective on well-being, illness, and on life's deepest purpose.

For more than 20 years, he has been guiding others through fear-liberation processes, energetic healing seminars, and transformative encounters. With a simple, clear, and organic approach -always light, joyful, and with humor- he has helped thousands reconnect with inner peace. Through retreats, courses, and silent gatherings, he invites us back to the heart. To rest in the Pure Universal Consciousness that we already are.

He has received teachings from profound traditions such as non-dual Tibetan Buddhism, Zen, Shamanism, and various forms of Tibetan energetic healing. Among his teachers, Akong Rinpoche stands out. His transmission of compassion, friendship, and wisdom left a living imprint on José Antonio’s path and he weaves this into a direct way of sharing, rooted in first-hand experience.

» This event will be on Friday March 20, 2026 from 19:00 till 22:00

• 18:30 - Doors will open
• 19:00 - Introduction and demonstration by José Antonio Manchado followed by free energetic healing by Mundo Armonia students  
• 22:00 - You can stay till the end, leaving earlier is also possible 

Where is it?

» This event will take place in 't Zonnehuis', Zonneplein 30 Amsterdam.

’t Zonnehuis is close to the NDSM Werf, easily accessible by ferry from Amsterdam Central Station (seven minutes by bike), public transport, and car (free parking).
   

How much is the exchange? 

» This is a donation based event, so we appreciate your contribution. 

» Students are giving energetic healings for free.
