  • Replay access - You’re entitled to request one replay recording of a session during the course. To receive the recording, you must request it no later than the day of the session. The replay link will be sent the following day and will remain available for 48 hours.
    Please note: If you don’t request access on the day of the session, we can’t guarantee the replay will be sent.

  • Live attendance - Make sure to arrive on time for the live sessions, once a session has started, it will no longer be possible to join.

  • Mandatory use of camera during live sessions -

    1. For the live sessions of this course your camera is required to be turned on. If your camera is not turned on for whatever reason, you won’t be allowed to participate in a session. 

    2. Only one person per camera is allowed. If you don’t respect this, you won’t be allowed to participate in this course and will not be entitled to a refund. There's an exception for two people on one camera when both participants are registered in the course.
