Thanks for honouring these agreements, they help create a clear and supportive space for everyone. 

By purchasing this ticket for the retreat you agree with the following terms and conditions: 

• No refunds - The €170 upfront payment is non-refundable (but transferable to another participant). 

• Cancellations: Let us know via email before February 5, 2025 if you can't join. This allows people on the waiting list to also have the opportunity to attend. 

• Be on time - Doors close at 20:00h sharp. Late arrivals may not be admitted. 

• Respectful behaviour -Required at all times: disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may lead to removal (without refund).

• No recording or sharing - Recording or sharing any part of this retreat is not allowed.

• Confidentiality - This is a space of trust and respect. Please don’t share anything from the session outside the group.

• Use of images - You agree that video excerpts may be used to inspire others that freedom from suffering is possible. 

• Force majeure - In case of government restrictions that will have an impact on the retreat (either in Spain or the Netherlands) the 170 euro will be refunded.        

• Right of admission - We reserve the right of admission in order to facilitate a smooth and conscious event without unnecessary interruptions.
