Before you register

SilenceThe Art of Gong is a silent retreat training. You stay in silence, also during meals and breaks. José invites questions during the sessions.
Your certificateYou can offer your own individual and group sessions, but not teach or train others in these practices.
Binding registrationIf you unexpectedly can't come, contact us and we'll look at what's possible.
Your well-beingNot suitable if you're currently experiencing severe psychological distress, psychiatric conditions or a recent history of psychosis.
